 Steak au poivre dans une cocotte


Ingrédients :


Surlonge de boeuf de 2 livres, coupé en bandes de 2 pouces


2 cuillères à soupe d'huile végétale


2 poivrons, tranchés (de préférence un vert et un rouge pour la couleur)


1 gros oignon tranché


3 gousses d'ail hachées


1/4 de tasse de sauce soja


1 cuillère à soupe de sauce Worcestershire


1 tasse de bouillon de boeuf


1 cuillère à soupe de fécule de maïs


1 cuillère à soupe d'eau


1/2 cuillère à café de poivre noir


1 cuillère à café de gingembre moulu
Itinéraires :


Faites chauffer l'huile végétale dans une poêle à feu moyen-élevé. Ajoutez les lanières de boeuf et faites les fouiller jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient brunies de Transférez le bœuf à la mijoteuse.


Dans la même poêle, faites sauter les poivrons, l'oignon et l'ail pendant environ 2-3 minutes, juste jusqu'à ce qu'ils commencent à ramollir.


 Ajoutez-les aussi à la mijoteuse.


Dans un petit bol, mélangez la sauce soja, la sauce Worcestershire et le bouillon de bœuf. Versez ce mélange sur le bœuf et les légumes dans la mijoteuse.


Couvrez et faites cuire à bas prix pendant 6 heures ou à haut prix pendant 3 heures.


Environ 30 minutes avant de servir, mélangez la fécule de maïs et l'eau pour créer un lisier. Remuez ça dans la mijoteuse pour épaissir la sauce. Assaisonner avec du poivre noir et du gingembre.


Servez le steak au poivre chaud sur du riz cuit ou des nouilles.
