1 livre de poitrines de poulet désossées et sans peau


 

4 tasses de bouillon de poulet


1 boîte (14 oz) de lait de coco


Assaisonnements et sauces :

1 cuillère à soupe de sauce de poisson

1 oignon moyen, coupé en dés


 

2 gousses d'ail hachées

Itinéraires :


 

Construisez votre base : Ajoutez les poitrines de poulet, le bouillon de poulet, le lait de coco, la pâte de curry rouge, la sauce de poisson, l'oignon, l'ail et le poivre cloche à votre crockp


 

Laissez cuire lentement : Couvrez et faites cuire à bas prix pendant 6–7 heures ou haut pendant 3–4 heures, jusqu'à ce que le poulet soit tendre et infusé de saveur.


 

Déchiquetez le poulet : enlevez le poulet cuit de la cocotte, déchiquetez-le à l'aide de deux fourchettes, puis retournez-le à la soupe et remuez bien


 

Égayez-le : Ajoutez le jus d'un citron vert et mélangez pour apporter un équilibre zesté au riche bouillon de noix de coco.
